Method
- Take out some of the broth liquid from the brisket meat, placing it in a bowl. If you didn't save any, beef broth works for this step as well.
- Put all ingredients on a tray and put it in a practical position for grilling.
- Turn on the Blackstone to medium heat. Cook tortillas if they are uncooked.
- Dip both sides of each tortilla into the drained broth. Spread your cooking oil on the griddle.
- Cook each side of the dipped tortillas for about 30 seconds.
- Place a layer of cheese, brisket, toppings, and additional cheese inside the tortilla. Fold it over into the taco shape and press down.
- Cook 1-2 minutes per side until the cheese is melted and the shell is crispier.
- Remove and serve with additional broth or hot sauce of choice.
