Method
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Place the sausages on the grate, not letting them touch.
- Set the timer for 2 hours and 30 minutes, coming back to check the temperature.
- Continue to check the temperature every 10-15 minutes until they reach 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
Notes
Feel free to use chicken, turkey, or even vegan sausage.
