Method
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Place the avocados face down on your smoker set to the ‘smoke’ setting or as low as possible.
- Let the avocados smoke for 20 minutes, and afterward, remove them from the smoker and allow them to cool.
- Dice the onion, garlic, and any other additional ingredients you wish to add.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl, scooping the avocado meat out of the peel.
- Use a fork to mash everything together.
- Chill for at least 1 hour, then serve with chips!
