Method
- Preheat smoker to 225°F.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form the meat mixture into a tight loaf on a sheet of foil.
- Place the meatloaf in the smoker for 2 hours.
- Mix all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- At the 2-hour mark, glaze the meatloaf with a grill brush. Set the timer for another hour.
- Remove the meatloaf from the smoker when it reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve!
