Method
- Press the garlic and measure out the ingredients.
- Pour all ingredients into a plastic bag, press it closed, and use your hands to mix.
- Once mixed, fold the bag over and place it in the fridge for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat the smoker to 300°F.
- Place the wings directly on the grate, avoiding any open flames.
- Cook for 30 minutes before flipping.
- Cook the wings for another 20-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow the wings to rest for 10-15 minutes, then serve!
